A rewind to fond culinary memories

As part of Coco Collection’s ongoing exclusive chef residency, showing no signs of slowing and serving up unforgettable dining experiences in the process, this time collaboration with Chef Pepi once again was a big hit at both resorts – a collaboration that included a segment dedicated to our ambitious chefs has enabled a chance to expand their horizons and share their talent while adding dynamism to our gastronomic experiences.

At Coco Bodu Hithi, Chef Pepi delivered a high-quality Tsuki Omakase and Sake Pairing Night at Tsuki, with his delightful dishes from an 8-course menu, delivering flavour with the artistic flare for which he is uniquely known for.  

At Tsuki, guests can enjoy an authentic Japanese dining experience.  Choose a cozy spot on the terrace, where the evening breeze adds to each bite, or sit at the Sushi Bar to watch the chefs in action – rolling makis, slicing fresh fish, and carefully topping each roll with roe.  Delight in a variety of dishes that celebrate Japan’s fresh, rich, and vibrant flavours. 

Meanwhile, at Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu, a unique Private Omakase Lunch was hosted on the secluded island of Embudhoo, where the guests enjoyed vibrant fresh flavours combined with traditional Japanese and East Asian elements.
