While we all impatiently wait for the upcoming celebrations of Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu’s 25th Anniversary this December, we continue our series honouring the people behind the scenes. We are ecstatic to introduce one of the talented Chefs de Partie on the island, Mohamed Bashir Ahmed.

Over the years, Bashir has proven his abilities in absorbing the unique concepts of the island and has adapted to the highly demanding and ever-changing norms of the industry. Starting his career on the island as a Gardener, Bashir has truly come a long way.

 As his journey in the kitchen evolved, his passion and expertise has left a lasting impression on everyone’s palates.
