From coco farm to the table

Aug, 19 2026

Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu continues to strengthen its farm-to-table approach, bringing more homegrown ingredients from Coco Farm into the resort’s kitchens and guest dining experiences.

From January to July 2026, the farm harvested more than 2,032 kg of fruits, vegetables and herbs, including bananas, aubergines and fresh herbs.  During the same period, the team produced 426 jars of homemade jams and marmalade, compared with 325 jars in 2025.

The island also produces its own coconut honey, while coconut oil made locally is used at Coco Spa.  These efforts support greater self-sufficiency and help reduce food miles and reliance on produce transported to the island.

From breakfast preserves and freshly harvested ingredients to Coco Farm Dining, what is grown and made on the island becomes part of the guest experience, bringing Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu’s sustainability efforts from farm to table.
