Wait no more! The renowned sushi master is back again to showcase his remarkable knife skills and culinary talent.
Chef Pepi Anevski, honed through years of dedication joined us last March and helmed the kitchen of Tsuki as he enchanted the guests and associates with extraordinary dinners. This time, Coco Bodu Hithi and Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu are thrilled to host him, and our associates at Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu are eager to learn and be inspired by his culinary prowess.
Chef Pepi promises a sensory thrill once more at Coco Bodu Hithi, providing high-quality sushi with his delightful dishes from an 8-course menu, delivering flavour with the artistic flare for which he is uniquely known for.
He will also be hosting a Private Omakase lunch on the secluded island of Embudhoo, where you can enjoy his vibrant fresh flavours combined with traditional Japanese and East Asian elements while dining and conversing with the great sushi master.
