Unwrapping the Future: A Glimpse into 2025

We are excited to kick off 2025 with a thoughtfully chosen and noteworthy lineup at Coco Bodu Hithi, featuring globally celebrated chefs.

From 27 to 29 January, meet Chef Joanna Artieda, a culinary virtuoso with a trail of awards including being the first woman to earn Best Spanish Chef in 2016 and the 2022 Navarra Award for Gastronomy. She’s bringing fresh, innovative sweets and small bites inspired by the island’s flavours.

Then, from 24 to 26 February, we welcome Whole Hog BBQ’er Chef Jord Althuizen, a BBQ master known for his award-winning cookbooks and impressive grilling skills.  His romantic BBQ dinners will be an unforgettable experience for couples.
